Brilliant dyes are combined in a professional quality shellac solution. Colors are intense and inter-mixable with other Higgins Inks to create custom colors. Can be diluted with distilled water. Ink is water-resistant but may smudge when exposed to liquid. Compatible with dip pens, brushes, and airbrushes, with good adhesion to most surfaces. Close cap tightly after use. Do not mix with acids, or use as tattoo ink. Not launderproof. Clean tools with tap water immediately after use or use Higgins Pen Cleaner for dried ink. Do not store in direct sunlight. Made in the USA
Non-Waterproof Inks - For use on paper, board and some film. Use with brushes and dip pens. Sheen ranges from matte to semi-gloss. Colors may be mixed or diluted with water to produce ranges of shades and hues. Will not chip, peel, feather or smear. Fadeproof. 1oz Dropper Bottles.

- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
