Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items (minus any shipping costs). To be eligible, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original packing
  • in the same condition that you received it

Gift cards and any downloadable items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. They will not be able to help you, and your item may be lost in the process.

Partial refunds may be granted at the business manager's discretion for the following items:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

If your item is eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed (minus any shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds may take a few business days to process. If you think an error has occurred with your refund, please do the following first:

  • Check your bank account or statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If your item was received damaged or defective, it may be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please contact us if you need to initiate an exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
